Notice: An informational meeting on the Moothart Street
Design will be held on Thursday, August 25, 2016 at 7:00 pm at the Alburnett
Fire Station. Diagrams and plans for the project will be accessible and the
engineer will be available to answer questions.
New water, sanitary sewer and storm water rates go into effect on July 1,
2016. The base rate for water will be $38.38 and $3.79 per 1,000 gallons
over the base of 1000 gallons. This represents a 1% cost increase. The base
rate for sanitary sewer will be $16.32 and $2.81 per 1,000 over the base of
1000 gallons. This represents a 2% cost increase. Storm water utility rates
will be a $1 per month increase. A fee of $2.50 per month will be charged to
each utility account.

Notice Regarding Door-to-Door Solicitors: All peddlers,
solicitors and transient merchants in the City of Alburnett must obtain a
permit. If someone comes to your door, be sure to ask if they have a permit.
